Throughout the 8 weeks, you will be guided through a series of workouts that will improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence so that you are prepared to take on any workout we throw your way.
Receive 1-1 attention from our knowledgeable trainer, while building friendships with like-minded individuals that share your lifestyle goals.
Bootcamp classes will run twice per week, Tuesday & Thursday, from 7:30 – 8:30 PM and kick off Tuesday March 13th.
