My name is Danielle and I am a proud member of the Ignite Strength Team. I am also a Mother of two young girls.
Throughout the last 15 years I have had my fair share of ups and downs during my fitness journey.
I found myself relying on the basics to set me on the right track back to success
This 6 week challenge will focus on the fundamentals of fitness and simple but effective basic exercises that will leave you feeling challenged, and confident as you start your own journey.

Our 45-minute circuit classes include exercise demos, warm-up and cool-down stretches. Danielle will ensure exercises are performed safely, target the intended muscle groups, and provide necessary modifications. Exercises will be displayed on TVs to allow for quick reference.
Our program runs from September 12 to October 19.
