Our 45-minute classes will have you sweating and smiling the entire time for maximum party and maximum results.
In our metric (performance) rides, the instructor guides you based on wattage, speed and resistance. There’s a personal bike console and leaderboard so you can track your stats in real time.
Our rhythm (choreography) rides are all about the beat! The instructor guides you through a series of upper body choreography while your legs continue to cycle on the bike.

Every two months, we update our strength classes to keep the challenge fresh and continue to deliver results.
Each 45-minute strength circuit class has a different focus (strength, agility, endurance, mobility) and alternates every day.
Our strength studio is equipped with interactive infotainment TVs which demonstrate each exercise, allowing for easy reference after the trainer has demonstrated each exercise.
