Imagine 1500 square feet of training space with the best fitness training tools the industry has to offer. Our classes are 45-minutes in length, and we promise a unique fitness experience that will keep on inspiring you to move and get fit.
Strength, endurance, power, agility, and cardio are just some of the major players in our strength program. We screen our personal trainers for crazy and fun, and we expect nothing but your complete satisfaction.
The Ignite strength room includes adaptive lighting, incredible music, and training programs engineered to prevent injury and challenge you. Customized workouts that utilize varying muscle groups place new demands on your body, and keep the gains increasing.
Ignite’s Strength Training Class Formats
APEX: Full body compound movements that focus on agility, balance, and explosive strength. Sports-inspired exercises.
BUILDING BLOCKS: This all-in workout features three blocks – cardio, resistance, and core. 4 stations per block, each with its own specific focus. Cardio, then weight training and finishing with core. Maximize your workout. Maximize results.
CHALLENGER: Full body workout involving two separate circuits. One cardio circuit to get your blood pumping and another strength circuit to get you feeling the burn.
DROPSET: A basic yet intense workout designed to explore your strength over multiple sets of the same exercise. Each round, the interval will decrease, allowing you to increase your weight and keep pushing the boundaries of your muscle development.
GLUTES X CORE: Target two areas in this glute and core-focused class. Compound movements and prolonged isolations guarantee maximum muscle engagement for maximum results.
POWER HOUR: This 60-minute class combines cycle and strength perfectly. Challenge yourself with a 25-minute Rhythm ride guaranteed to deliver the choreography you expect and the cardio rush you love. At the mid-way point, transition to the strength room for an additional 35-minutes of body conditioning exercises engineered to push you to your limits. Bring your rhythm and endurance, but power will take you to the finish line.
SUPERSET: Improve muscle endurance in this superset class. Perform exercises targeting antagonist muscle groups back-to-back for maximum burn. It’s a full-body workout with a resistance focus.
UPPER-LOWER: This workout is divided into two parts, upper body, and lower body. Definitely a full-body blast, and you’ll have DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) to prove it.
12pm Class Times Reduced: Our lunchtime classes are 30-minutes in length. Perfect for when you are short on time but want an effective workout.

Group training allows you to meet new people and to communicate with our fitness family. These new workout friends inspire you to work harder, and when you are absent from class, you are missed. Primary Conditioning Principles
Maximal force you can apply to any load
Ability to withstand stress for prolonged periods of time OR ability to maintain a specific activity level for a given period of time
- Ability to move and change direction and position of the body quickly and effectively
- Requires quick reflexes, coordination, balance, and speed
Ability to exert maximal force in as short of a period of time as possible
