Imagine 1500 square feet of training space with the best fitness training tools the industry has to offer. Our classes are 45-minutes in length, and we promise a unique fitness experience that will keep on inspiring you to move and get fit.
Strength, endurance, power, agility, and cardio are just some of the major players in our strength program. We screen our personal trainers for crazy and fun, and we expect nothing but your complete satisfaction.
The Ignite strength room includes adaptive lighting, incredible music, and training programs engineered to prevent injury and challenge you. Customized workouts that utilize varying muscle groups place new demands on your body, and keep the gains increasing.



Ignite’s Strength Training Class Formats
CORE X CARDIO: Target and strengthen your core muscles with high-intensity cardio. Bring on the results with this transformation class.
GLUTES ON-FIRE: A specialized lower-body workout that targets, sculpts, and defines your assets. Guaranteed to sculpt and strengthen your legs and glutes.
HUSTLE: A cardio-bursting workout mixing tabata & body resistance exercises for a full-body, high-rep, low-weight workout.
IGNITE: A workout using heavier weight loads with lower reps, including explosive movement to increase speed and agility.
IGX: Our circuit class with an intensity upgrade. With longer intervals, this combination strength & cardio class will enhance your performance.
POWER HOUR: This 60-minute class is the perfect combination of cycle and strength. Challenge yourself with a 25-minute Rhythm ride guaranteed to deliver the choreography you expect and the cardio rush you love. At the mid-way point, transition to the strength room for an additional 35-minutes of body conditioning exercises, engineered to push you to your limits. Bring your rhythm, bring your endurance, but power will take you to the finish line.
STRONG: A class focusing on slow, controlled movements with heavier weight loads that inspire strength & stability.
WAVES: A linear format. 7 lines. Timed intervals and multiple rounds. This full-body workout is a mash-up of core, upper and lower body exercises.
12pm Class Times Reduced: Our lunch time classes are 30-minutes in length. Perfect for when you are short on time but want an effective workout.

Group fitness training is one of the best ways to connect with other like-minded people and stay on track with your fitness and wellness goals. Group training allows you to meet new people and to communicate with our fitness family. These new workout friends inspire you to work harder, and when you are absent from class, you are missed. Ignite Cycle and Strength is so much more than a workout. We are a community, and united we move while becoming stronger and healthier.

Maximal force you can apply to any load

Ability to withstand stress for prolonged periods of time OR ability to maintain a specific activity level for a given period of time
Agility
- Ability to move and change direction and position of the body quickly and effectively
- Requires quick reflexes, coordination, balance, and speed
Power
Ability to exert maximal force in as short of a period of time as possible
