Imagine 1500 square feet of training space with the best fitness training tools the industry has to offer. Our classes are 45-minutes in length, and we promise a unique fitness experience that will keep on inspiring you to move and get fit.
Strength, endurance, power, agility, and cardio are just some of the major players in our strength program. We screen our personal trainers for crazy and fun, and we expect nothing but your complete satisfaction.
The Ignite strength room includes adaptive lighting, incredible music, and training programs engineered to prevent injury and challenge you. Customized workouts that utilize varying muscle groups place new demands on your body, and keep the gains increasing.

Your job is to show up at each strength class ready to sweat and give your best. Our job is to support your effort with fitness classes that balance the type of workout and the targeted muscle groups. Our approach to training prevents adaptation and ensures that every Ignite workout moves you closer to your desired goals.

Group training allows you to meet new people and to communicate with our fitness family. These new workout friends inspire you to work harder, and when you are absent from class, you are missed. Primary Conditioning Principles
Maximal force you can apply to any load
Ability to withstand stress for prolonged periods of time OR ability to maintain a specific activity level for a given period of time
- Ability to move and change direction and position of the body quickly and effectively
- Requires quick reflexes, coordination, balance, and speed
Ability to exert maximal force in as short of a period of time as possible

Your First Class is on Us
Try your first class at Ignite Cycle & Strength for free. Your first Indoor Cycling Class and Strength and Conditioning class is on us! Try it out before you commit. We promise that you’ll fall in love with our trainers, community, atmosphere, and programming.
